When and where is the 34th Annual Festival of Trees Gala?
The Festival of Trees gala begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 1st at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR 97232.
Where should I park?
Complimentary valet will be available on MLK Blvd near the north end of the Convention Center. You are also welcome to park in the Oregon Convention Center Garage (entrance on Lloyd Blvd.) or on the surrounding streets.
What is the suggested attire?
Black tie is encouraged, though not required. We would love to see you in your festive best!
What is pre-registration?
NEW THIS YEAR! When you purchase your ticket online, you have the option of pre-registering your credit card information securely with Providence. This card will be held on file and used for purchases or donations made the night of the gala. You'll enjoy even faster check-in when you arrive.
What kinds of items are available for bid or purchase?
The 2016 Festival features 27 exquisitely decorated trees, complete with gifts, trips, and more. No two trees are alike, and each tree has been carefully designed and curated over the past several months. Each tree is delivered to the location of the winning bidder's choice on Sunday or Monday following the Festival. Trees will be available for Buy It Now purchase and those not sold in this program will go for auction.
In addition to the trees, the gala will feature other fabulous live auction items as well as a silent auction filled with one-of-a-kind mini trees and wreaths as well as gift baskets, trips, and more.
Lastly, don't miss your chance at our raffles! The Pick of the Trees Raffle will give you the chance to win one of the amazing Festival trees for only $100 per ticket. For a $50 investment our new Treasure Chest Raffle will give three lucky finalists a chance at opening the treasure chest - one will win 4 round trip tickets on Alaska Airlines! A limited number of tickets will be sold - arrive early and buy yours before they sell out!
